When visiting or shopping this website or store you accept the following terms, conditions, and policies.  

Warranties

Items on this site and in store are offered in an "as is" and "as available" basis.  95 Bravo Arms and Gunsmithing does not express or imply any warranty on any items sold.

Policies

Shipping:

When shipping a firearm is necessary, shipping will be conducted from FFL to FFL only. No Exceptions!

     -When shipping it is your responsibility to:

• ensure the firearm is legal to own in your state.
• have your FFL send a copy of their license to 95bravoarms@gmail.com
• fill out required paperwork and pay all fees associated with the transfer to your FFL

     -Shipping is not permitted to a P.O. Box

Shipping fees are as follows and are non-negotiable:

• Handguns start at $25 flat rate for packaging and shipping
• Long guns start at $50 flat rate for packaging and shipping
• Insurance is optional at the rate of $1.50 per $100.  We are not responsible for any items shipped that are not insured.
• If you require a more expedite shipping option you are responsible for the additional fees.

Processing of items shipped can take up to 10 days following receipt of a valid FFL and clearance of payment.

Returns:

     Accessories:

• only defective items are allowed to be returned and must be done so within 10 days of notification.  Items must be in original packaging with all parts/pieces or will not be accepted.
• items installed or mounted will not be accepted for return.  You may contact the manufacturer for their warranty.
• Original shipping is non-refundable.  The customer is responsible for return shipping as well.
• All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Ammunition - ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

     Firearms

          New Firearms:  All sales on new firearms are final.  See your manufactures warranty.

          Used Firearms:  We inspect and function check every used firearm.  We also express and                                       forward any known issues with the item.  With that being said all sales are final on used firearms.  If a problem is discovered after purchase and is deemed and issue from not from the buyer 95 Bravo Arms will offer to repair the weapon.  Parts are at the expense of the buyer.

Payments/Fees

-All listed prices are cash prices.  Credit card purchases require an additional 3% fee.

-Cash transactions are listed as : cash, money order, certified check, personal check, E-check, or  ACH.  Purchases made by check and money order may be held for up to 10 days for clearance.

-All purchases made in person, online in the state of Kentucky, or shipped within the state of  Kentucky are subject to 6% sales tax.

Layaway

At this point we do not offer layaway, however, any items in stock can be held with a down payment of $200 or 50% of the items cost (whichever is less).  This is only available with a purchase minimum of $50.  All down payments are non refundable.  The balance is due within 30 days of down payment or the down payment is forfeited and the items are returned to stock.

Special Orders:

At this time all special orders require 100% down payment in which.with a down payment of $200 or 50% of the items cost (whichever is less). 

Transfers: 

We accept incoming transfers and will be glad to transfer firearms. Any products left unclaimed after 30 days will be charged a $50/month storage fee. After 180 days the item(s) will be considered to be abandoned. Transfer fees - $30 per serial number, $20 for KY CCDW holders and $10 for Military and First Responders with valid identification. 

***All weapons transferred to us from the website www.grabagun.com a.k.a. Grab A Gun will incur a strict $75 per weapon transfer fee and there will be no discounts on weapons coming from this business. Supporting this website could potentially put smaller businesses out of business as they operate on very low margins and never touch or see a weapon. Thank you.***

Storage:

We ask that you pick up transferred firearms in a timely manner. After 90 days we will make a final attempt to contact you to pick up your firearm(s).  Each firearm will then begin to incur a storage fee of $30 per month. This fee is not prorated and will begin on the 91st day and continue until the fees have surpassed the value of the firearm in which case said firearm will be sold to recoup storage fees.

Privacy Policy

95 Bravo Arms and Gunsmithing does not sell or give out any information that you supply on our website, through our contact forms, or any other method of communication with 95 Bravo Arms and Gunsmithing. This information is used strictly by 95 Bravo Arms and Gunsmithing for the sale of items and/or marketing from 95 Bravo Arms and Gunsmithing. We do not store any financial info electronically. All financial printed info is shredded after payment clears and order processed.
